Mark A.M.Junho 8, 2013Don't get the ribs. Dry & not very tender. You shouldn't need a steak knife to cut (hack away at) "slow-smoked" ribs. Brisket was decent. Beans? UGH. Maybe 15 yrs of Kansas City BBQ spoiled me...
