It's officially 30 minutes past the pick up time listed in my email order confirmation. Still no food... I understand a little extra wait when it's busy, but half an hour and counting?

Sat for a long time to get drinks and appetizers. Then they forgot my mom's order. They compensated for it but its ridiculous.

Esteve aqui mais de 25 vezes!
Worst chilis ever. Horrid customer service. No drink refills haven't see the waitress since we ordered entrees 15 mins ago. Avoid this one.

This chili's has no customer service. Sat at table for ten minutes and no server ever came.
