Skip it on a weekend as it's clogged with tourists, but during the week a great place for dining and shopping. There are often pop up sample sales so be on the look out.

Lobster place is the best fresh fish in lower Manhattan. Cull and Pistol next door have $1 oysters between 4-6 pm.

There's a lot of great food but they don't have a lot of seating. If the weather is good, try getting take out and eating outside!

So many different noms to try. Definitely hit up Friedman's Lunch for their grilled cheese. Ninth Street Espresso set up shop here too.
