Staff isn't the best with to go orders, but they are good about giving you goodies if they make you wait. I don't certainly mind a free goo ball every now and then.

They have the best toasted tuna salad sandwiches. Yummy! Cool decor also.
Get the punch card and get a free sandwich once you fill it up. Also, they offer a military discount.
