Amazing service- can't beat it! Try King's kitchen across the street for yummy food or Threes wine bar down the street for a full wine list

Rooms are nice, bathrooms on the small side. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Private transports out front are going to run you $30 to get to the airport instead of $25 for a cab, but are a lot nicer.

Zachary KellerMarço 19, 2011The hot tub on floor 5 is REALLY hot; In a good way for most people I imagine.- The limo to airport has flat fee of $30, only $5 more than regular taxi. Take it.

Concierge Lounge is on 18th floor. Not all elevators have directory posted ;-)

5th floor has snack vending machine and 7th has soda vending machine.
The only club lounge where I've seen them offer smoothies
