The cafe, especially the Cortadito, is fantastic. Highly recommend the standard Cuban sandwich as well as the Aye Conyo. Finally, get happy hour for $5 Cocktails like the amazing Mojito.

I have never had a better Café Con Leche. Buchi Cafe Cubano is hands down the best Cuban restaurant in Denver!

The cafe con leche is to die for and the cuban sandwiches are as good as it gets, if your really hungry try the off-menu pork plate, so good! Buchi rules

the pan con lechon is out of this world. get a side of chimichuri sauce to dip your sammie in. Yum!
The soup of the day is always amazing... and of course Buchi has the best coffee in town.

New hours. Check before you arrive to ensure they're open.
