    There’s always something in bloom at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens! Our favorite spot is the Cranford Rose Garden with roses of every shape and size, in a dazzling array of beautiful colors.

    vast collection of all kinds of plants from various ecosystems, you can see plants native to deserts, tropical rainforests, etc. flowers and all that. amazing place

    The lines for the cherry blossom festival are insanely long. Pro tip: buy the tickets online, then skip the lines.

    I haven't been here since the 90s and I live not too far from here-shame on me! This is a beautiful place where you want to escape your usual settings and the not so green grass side lol

    Spring (around April) is the best time of the year to enjoy cherry blossom. Sakura Matsuri is the cherry on top (excuse the pun).

    Cherry blossoms hit their peak around Apr 12-15th, pack a picnic and sit under them for a magical experience. Bring your cam, lots of stunning tulips, blue bells, lavender & rhododendrons!

    It's a great place. Wished I could see the cherry blossoms. The Japanese garden is awesome. There's a path with celebrities plates.

    No toys or bikes, obviously. Observe the Children's Garden and enter the Discovery Garden in the summer, get shelter from the winter in the conservatory with the bonsais, desert plants, etc..

    Great spot to walk around and explore. Took about 2 hours to cover the whole thing. Thought it would be free, but they actually charge you to get in.

    So pretty but so crowded. That closure of the second entrance is a real drag. Cafe is under construction so eating was not doable for us. But well worth a visit anyway!

    Seriously one of my favorite places in the city! Great place to walk around and clear your mind. There is free admission from 10-12 on Saturdays! Stop and smell the roses!
