A nice hotel. Excellent buffets in the La Vista restaurant. A very large, outdoor, heated swimming pool. A spa, jacuzzi and workout room. There is also a grocery store just around the corner.
If the drive thru is backed up (as it often is) then it is much faster to get out and go in. But park in Red Lobster's parking lot and you'll be able to get out a lot faster.
If you're not that hungry or watching your calories get a junior Whataburger. It's just as good as the regular Whataburger, just smaller. And it will probably fill you up anyway.
Get St. Louis style ribs with Ribcribbean sauce. They are fall off the bone good!
Good food, huge portions, but on this particular visit the service was not very good. There was no line but we still had to wait to get service while 2 employees stood around talking to friends.
The Braum's on 1st Street is the one that closed down. This one is new and still open. But they still have good ice.
Location has changed but just to next door. Shakes and burgers are as good as always.
