Best service department ever. Even if you wait, drinks and food are complementary in a nice clean and classy "cafe"/waiting room. They even have iPads to loan while you wait!
Bring your laptop or tablet computer and be sure to ask for the wireless access code while waiting for service -- or use one of 2 computers they have available.

Christine GDezembro 26, 2014Horrendous service department. What we were told was going to take 1-1.5 hrs took 4. Waited for service shuttle for over 40 mins after many unanswered calls. And they don't take Amex. Go elsewhere.
I bought mine there I have no clue what your talking about! Some people just don't have a clue!!

ScottAgosto 11, 2012AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - negotiated a reasonable deal on a X3, then when I questioned a $500 discrepancy in the tax amount on the deal sheet, they became extremely rude, belligerent and defensive.

Robert HerpstJulho 4, 2018Watch the bills. Example-- service rep advised by text that a headlight bulb flickered. I authorized bulb replacement, which cost $15.15. Billed for $82.50 for an electrical analysis.
