Ask for the top floor room with the skylight over the bed that looks out on Notre Dame cathedral.
We were really excited for dinner here but the drinks and food were just OK. That's fine as the interior is wonderful and the location by the canal sublime.

The stained glass here is staggering. And the engineering to support that much glass just as impressive. A building over 700 years old!
Walk up the first two big chunks of the tower to save time, money, and get exercise. And you can really take in what it took to build and design the thing.
