Ordered 3 gimlets at once (made with Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray, Brooklyn Gin); sat back then enjoyed the taste testing experiment. Conclusion: They make great gimlets!

Drinks here are typically more flavor than punch, but was quite happy with "Really." Yes, it's really called Really (cognac, egg white)! Ivan was also a very wonderfully attentive bartender/host.

Seriously amazing place! Came for the hot toddy on a cold day, and Chris did not disappoint. Kobu Celery, Miso Wings will be in my dreams for days.
