Since renovation, it's a great place to workout. You can't go wrong. It's very popular. Lots of machines, weights, TRX setups, etc.- While it does eem crowded this time of year soon the new year resolutioners will be gone and the new gym down on Plain street will be open so hang in there..great classes and staff!
Lot of group x class choices to choose from. Huge gym! Has variety of equipment!!!
The new mens locker room is top notch, was very clean!- Bring your own water! Costs $2 to buy a water bottle with there logo on it at the gym......

- Why close at 9 and 10 during the week? When Saturday closes at 6? Huh...... Sunday I can understand but Saturday doesn't make any sense!
