This is a legit diner, a rare gem in this brunchified neighborhood. Got myself 2 eggs, sausage, home fries, toast and unlimited coffee for just under $10. Serious hustle from the whole staff. 5tar.

Was sad to see Gambrinus close, but nice to see Hops Hill move in. The space is basically the same and the beer list is solid as always.
