Sam PowersAbril 18, 2015You don't need to get here as early as you would in a larger city. All the terminals are in the same building. Say "hi" to the troop greeters!
Just renovated the main level very nicely. TSA and staff is among the most friendly anywhere. Great small town airport.

Polina MMaio 14, 2013Maybe it's because I'm not used to small airports, but BGR is the most friendly and laid back airport I've ever been to. Left car in wrong spot, they came looking for me and asking nicely to re-park))
You can expect delays due to weather. In Maine, snow happens.

TSA is friendly. PRECHECK is not so great. You still have to remove liquids and laptop.

ALWAYS arrive early for early am flights. Despite its small size morning check ins are the slowest Ive ever experienced

Don't be surprised if the free wi-fi is nowhere to be found...
Again TSA is awful. What was the point of rushing to get here 2 hours before flight time. When they won't get you they won't check you through security an hour before flight.
