- Katherin SonAgosto 14, 2012To help you get an idea of how long the wait is...we arrived 7:40 on a Monday night. Got seated at 8:30. Typical SF :P Slowwww service but it's hard to hate them for it bc they are sooooo friendly.
- Karla RiveraJaneiro 4, 2013Cozy little spot with amazing service. Best clam chowder on the west coast
- Oysters and Cioppino. Go between two and five to minimize the wait
- Jan-Nicolas VandervekenSetembro 12, 2010Probably the best food on Castro. Small place, friendly staff and great food. We had the chowder and crab burger special: delicious.
- The seafood is awesome and it does take time for waiting!
- The seafood is good, but the prices are pretty steep, especially given the bad service. $75 for 2 people for lunch (no alcohol) is ridiculous. Table service is glacial in pace.
- Cioppino is always amazing and always on the menu. It's huge so share it and get an extra order of garlic bread. Trust.
- Jassim LatifAgosto 23, 2011amazing crab in a garlic white wine sauce. haven't had it anywhere else at this level.
- I've been coming here for years, and have never had a bad meal. This is the best seafood restaurant in San Francisco.
- Robert SnowOutubro 15, 2011Love the Cioppino! Right next door to Harvey Milk's original photography studio on Castro.
- Bonnie ClydeAbril 14, 2013Wait time at least an hour. What we should've done was put our names down and went around the corner to Castro Wine for some wine tasting as we waited but, FYI,, they only seat full parties.
- Kingsley LuuFevereiro 18, 2013Wait is long so brave yourself. But the chef sends out clam chowder to calm those impatient souls :)
- Get the amazing garlic beard or go to Hell without passing GO!! Wink.
- Took me 4 years to find the perfect clam chowder!
- If you don't get the Cioppino your missing out! If it's not listed just ask for it..
- share the anchor special - oysters, prawns and clams - it's fresh and delicious!
- Don't wait for a table if you're alone or with a frlhp
