The guys here are way nicer than B&H photo, they're super helpful even if they don't have a particular item. Prices are kind of hard to beat and the store is not too difficult to get to.

If you're picking up rental equipment and have a vehicle with you, call Adorama and ask for curbside pickup/drop-off to avoid parking tickets. They'll bring equipment downstairs & load your vehicle.

Don't waste time: get a service ticket when you walk in from a salesperson near the lil touch screen thing.
Ive been shopping here for years but the last few they have been renovating over all it has gotten better until this most recent trip. Don't count on that $5 gift card have to go in circles for it

Bry BAbril 8, 2013I recently purchased a new Asus Laptop from Adorama. The unit arrived in a defective state and would not work. Adorama will not exchange the unit. I discourage anyone from using Adorama for computers.

Great place to pick up prints. If you send them a pic it will come out the same way it is on screen. TERRIBLE customer service on the camera side though.
