Everything is good. Pork shoulder is exceptionally delicious. Just remember that they are ONLY open Saturday and to get to Snows early. BBQ is the breakfast of champions.

Worth the LONG drive. Only open Sat. Go early, you don't want your favorite meat to run out. The moist brisket was phenomenal-every bit as good as Franklin's. Also, ribs, smoked turkey, pork shoulder.
Once inside, the free coffee helped to thaw us out on a frost laden, 30 degree morning. Pro tip: plan your trip around cold weather. We arrived at 8 am when they opened and waited 65 minutes for food.
