    Everything is good. Pork shoulder is exceptionally delicious. Just remember that they are ONLY open Saturday and to get to Snows early. BBQ is the breakfast of champions.

    It's only open on Saturday mornings, so diehards show up at dawn. Worth it? You bet! Melt-in-your-mouth brisket, tender, meaty ribs... a meat-eaters heaven! Off-the-beaten path is part of the charm.

    Snow's BBQ is open only on Sat 8am until their food sells out at ~11am. This is your only chance to savor 79 year old pitmaster Tootsie Tomanetz's pork steak. Recommend arriving before 9am. - AA Mag

    Worth the LONG drive. Only open Sat. Go early, you don't want your favorite meat to run out. The moist brisket was phenomenal-every bit as good as Franklin's. Also, ribs, smoked turkey, pork shoulder.

    Once inside, the free coffee helped to thaw us out on a frost laden, 30 degree morning. Pro tip: plan your trip around cold weather. We arrived at 8 am when they opened and waited 65 minutes for food.

    Everyone talks about brisket & ribs, which are amazing, but if you don't try the chicken & pork steak you're a fool. Order some if everything.
