Their flagship dish of fish cooked in bee wax was amazing! Everything we had was good, and the bread cart is also a highlight.
First time I came for breakfast. Had the lamb and pumpkin potato hash and it was great (albeit different than expected as more of a deconstructed version of a hash).
Amazing food! Everything delicious, black cod dish as highlight for me. Also don’t skip dessert - the Japanese ‘donuts’ with the white chocolate and matcha sauce is worth it. BYO wine option.
Such a great place! Gets very crowded for lunch so get there early or book a table. Pani Puri is the highlight for me, but anything I’ve eaten there I enjoyed.

Super friendly staff! Room small but very functional and well designed, including Nespresso with 5 choices, nice toiletry, and comfortable bed. Also well located close to train station and old town.
Great selection of foods! Highlights for me were the Caribbean, Israeli, and Argentinian for lunch options and cool beans for cold brewed coffee and Taschli for breakfast! Yum!
As good as always! Highlights are the duck waffle with foie gras (with a glass of Madera), and the buffalo ricotta gnocchi! Yum
