everything was fabulous…The artichoke pasta wasn’t as good as my wife’s tagliatelle but everything was wonderful and the wine list was very extensive.
blackened grouper was great…even the salad was good (very fresh). great scenery as it is on the river and a nice diversion from I-95, even though it is not far off the Interstate.
Mahi Tacos were excellent…new find in Hagerstown and will definitely be back. Found this place as a result of the 9.1 rating on FourSquare and can’t say that I disagree. 🍻
burgers, fries, and beer…what more can you ask for? I had to try the Yinzer Burger (Bacon Cheeseburger topped with Mac n Cheese) and would definitely order it again. Great burgers all around!
Breakfast was great and the portions are huge…will definitely be back as it is conveniently located right off of I-240.
The fresh fish, the octopus, and the fried zucchini were all hits…as were the spectacular views.
Spicy Ramen, Pork Buns, and Sashido Peppers. The place is terrific…best I’ve experienced anywhere and a lively spot.
Three meat platter was a great way to sample. Brisket was a little dry, but tasty. Sausage was excellent and turkey was good. Upside surprise was the beans & cole slaw (which I don’t typically like.
Some of the best brisket anywhere…sausage links and Mac n Cheese we’re also excellent.
The Griswold was very tasty…would order it again. Quite possibly the first time I’ve had a bagel with a beer, but these aren’t your typical bagels.
short ribs were good, sweet potato casserole was excellent, and brussel sprout appetizer was good as well.
bone-in Ribeye, Bacon Appetizer, Cheese Bread, House Salad and a killer wine list.
plenty of great tapas selections and great wine. The Jamon and Manchego were a great start and would recommend the patatas bravas. We’ll be back
well, I am definitely a fan. Spinach Potato Cakes, who knew? “Bow to the King” (chicken and biscuits) was awesome and the Bloody Mary was one of my all-time top 10’s (a total surprise).
My wife’s Elk tenderloin was excellent (as was my Elk Chop a couple of weeks prior). My bone-in Ribeye was a swing and miss, tasted fine but not nearly as thick of a cut for the 💸. 🍷👌
We had like 7-8 dishes, all were fabulous but would highlight the lamb skewers alongside the stuffed red peppers and the patatas bravas. The Emilio Moro Tempranillo was also a hit. 🍷
cool place and some pretty awesome biscuits (as one might surmise from the name). I had the “Filthy Animal” and it was terrific, albeit maybe a bit much. I couldn’t even finish it as it was huge.
well the wine of course...and the hospitality is second to none. great selection of wines at a reasonable price.
good selection of beers (and the IPA was to my liking) and plenty of space inside and out.
Southwest Scramble Skillet and the French Toast. Also props to an excellent Bloody Mary. Would recommend this spot.
