This was my old haunt back in the !-town days... classic place with excellent food.
Good City has a great vibe and now a super cool rooftop spot. The beer has been a little hit and miss the past few times but there is some tremendous stuff. Check it out.
I have always loved the RR and considered a must go place. This last time, though, I was disappointed. The menu hasn't changed, pretty good food, but not the special place I remember.

This local brewery was sort of off my list but this last trip revealed something important- better beer. Their beer is markedly better. I shall return.
Hosed is a cool firefighter themed place next to what used to be an active firehouse up until our stupid mayor closed it. Cheap prices and free popcorn.

This crowd sourced brewery has a lot of unique selections hat are always changing. They have a nice set-up to visit on a. Warm summer day when all the garage door walls are opened up.
This is by far the best German restaurant in MKE. Pork knuckle, Wiener schnitzel, all German fare. Oh, and the best fish fry in the city.
How have I not commented on Big Deal? Great food. Excellent burgers, Gyros, sandwiches.... oh, and the fries! They also have excellent ice cream.
