Instead of reducing our bill by $100 for the lack of heat and hot water in the bathroom sinks for 3 days, the Gaylord should have comped the rooms due to poor service.

Shower filthy, cleaning supplies left in room, front desk staff condescending. Also walked thru lobby cooridor and heard hotel staff speaking & swearing loudly about guests. Never again Gaylord!

I find the food bad and overpriced. Good, healthy, better priced restaurants within 1 to 3 blocks walking distance.

Do not attend Big Night DC here. It is way too crowded, and the people are extremely rude--guests and employees.
