Not bad for me. The double bed room was clean and cozy. One can cook too, there's fridge and microwave. The hair dryer is ancient. Free Internet and close to Yonge and Church st.

Beautiful hotel, super comfortable beds and clean rooms. staff is a nightmare. Made us feel so unwelcome and we're not at all accommodating.

I'll say this, the rooms are very nice for the price and it's very well located downtown, but yes, the free wifi is non-existent and makes it a very unproductive hotel room.

Good location. Skin bars right around the corner. Great concierge. Parking below and beside building.

Nice room. Good but not great bed. WiFi was good. Restaurant is inexpensive and food was good. That was a treat when you are snowed in.

Reception fairly helpful, could do with a smile. No laundry service only dry cleaning. Excellent location, middle of downtown but away from all the ruckus of yonge street.

It was a good stay. I wouldn't recommend parking underground. It's expensive, limited and very tight. Rooms could be updated a bit - looked well used. Good stay overall.

Room was nice/typical. Staff was also typical for hotel downtown. Priceline quoted price was adjusted up 10$. Did not park.

Expensive parking (crazy tight underground) Concierge is rude, no focus on service. TV was broken, two lamps as well. Won't come back.

Terrible hotel.... Smells, dirty room.... Lifted sham to look for remote to find popcorn and a rose petal... Nasty.
