Crappy service, the short stalky Caucasian manager isn't much help either. The waiting is by far the worst, I wouldn't come back if it was up to me but my Fam loves it since its convenient for us all.

Extremely rude staff. Took an hour just to get water. Bowling balls were so old they cut into my thumb and staff wouldnt let me replace it.

El servicio al cliente esta fatal, te preguntan si estas en la lista de espera, y cuando le dices q no, te salen von q cierran en 2 hrs y posiboemente no te toque turno por q hay 13 personas delante
