Mussels in marinara sauce as an appetizer is absolutely incredible! Skip the house-made fusilli not worth the add'l $. Bolognese sauce is good too.
Great beach – get here on the first ferry to nab a spot and rent beach umbrellas and chairs. There are some food trucks but BYOB.
Delicious pizza but stay far away from buffalo chicken - the sauce sodium content was so unbearable we had to send it back. In the end we had a "small" pizza with chicken and marinara sauce (feeds 3!)
Try the perfectly balanced Vieux Carre, rye & cognac cocktail. Great bar overall, with a focus on American whiskey
