    The craziest brunch you'll ever have. The challah toast hits home like no other. Next in line only to the octo & grit... Blood sausage mcmuffin was unbelievably good too. Foie gras is so devine!

    Get the bone marrow, the tongue on brioche, and the pork jowl and clams. Actually just get everything. You won't be disappointed.

    Horse tartare was excellent. The eclair was fantastic. Bone marrow was excellent...don’t be ashamed to luge! The Stormy Daniels was a nice riff on a Dark & Stormy.

    Loved it here. Heart with peas and greens amazing texture and flavor. Jowl melts in your mouth. Pigs ear easily skipped. Marrow small portion and just OK

    Une excellente table, sans prétention. Ça vaut définitivement le détour. Les@plats sont servis sous la forme de tapas. Mieux vaut y aller a 2, 3 ou 4 et partager les plats.

    the bone marrow is so satisfyingly simple good. raw horse tartare, orange fennel salad also amazing. beef tendon and grits was a pass.

    Beef Heart & mussels is very good. A bit "noisy". Lots of favors that work together but hard to tell what's going on

    Delicious! Loved the tongue sandwich, smoked pork belly and tacos. Least favorite of the night was the house cured meats (but mb bc it's just not my thing)

    1. Hide in the bathroom till everyone leaves 2. Spread blood sausage all over your body. 3. Chug the pasilla chili infused tequila. 4. Go into work in the same clothes w/o showering or sleeping.

    Raw Horse Sammy is amazing. So is the bone marrow. So is the charcuterie plate. Awesome dining experience - a must for foodies.

    While waiting for that table, try the bone marrow $8 at the hoof cafe. Same thing but cheaper. The charcuterie plate was a treat!
