This place is HUGE.
Salt water pool 👏
Good gym. Lots of classes to take advantage of. Pricey but if you can afford it I can't imagine going elsewhere.
Other gyms such as City Sport Club have the same thing, a pool, a basketball court, sauna and steam room. But the stand out feature is the extras provided, clean towels, Kiehls products, plastic bags
Experimente o queijinho a milanesa. Prato principal serve duas pessoas e ainda vcs conseguem comer um cheesecake ( lemon pie!!)
Everything U want in a gym with a lot of service. Machines, weights, trainers, Zumba, yoga, boxing and Pilates. A pool, basketball court, sauna on 3 levels. Used to be called SportsClub LA.

I am a member of Equinox (Palo Alto). I had a guest pass to the new club here. I have to say this club is almost twice as big as Palo Alto.
Perfect location on Market

Hard Core Dance with Jomar! 👯👯
It's time for Zumba with Diana! 👯👯
Total Barre 👯👯👯
Look for fridges around the property with chilled eucalyptus towels :)
Kinda of an "older" vibe. It's nice, but I couldn't shake the hotel gym feel and the guy at front was rude. Saturday 9am spin class and bootcamp class after was extremely challenging. Fancy bikes!
Zumba with Diana!! 👯
Only way to get in if you're not a member is by visiting with someone who is a member, but still a $15 guest fee. Worth it.
There's almost always an empty bench on the lower level.
Day pass entry is $35
Jay's Jungshin class makes you feel like you're training to be in Soul Caliber. How much more epic can you get?
Sean's abs class helps make a great Saturday workout. Try it!
No one who works here is friendly.
Buddy brings great humor and tremendous knowledge of spin physiology.... and pumps sick beats. His classes are challenging and uplifting!
Sean McKnight is an awesome trainer!
Buddy and Cecily's classes are awesome
Indoor salt-water pool. Basketball/volleyball/indoor soccer court. If you're looking for a trainer, I highly recommend Caitlin.
The salads and wraps are amazing!
The eucalyptus steam room is heaven if you have a cold.
Matthew does a great job taking care of members
Take a Zumba class!
No matter what hotel you stay in, check in with foursquare and unlock your free day pass. One day at this gym will make you want to stay at The Four Seasons - free to all guests.
One of the nicest health clubs in the city. The saline pool is amazing. And any group class taught by Cecily Guest will be a tough but, ultimately, satisfying workout.

Classes by Joel and Isabella are the best! And check out training be Jason - they'll whip you into shape in no time!
Start your workout with an early morning Hatha Yoga Class! Followed by a Complimentary cup of Tazo Tea!
Check the eucalyptus steam room.
Order a small honey banana smoothie with protein after your workout to recover fast!

Be warey of that weird guy with the big belt buckle. Hes a total boy scout!
just plain awesome
Their check in promo isn't valid unless you being a guest with you. People at reception don't know about the 4sq promo at all. :(
Terrible customer service in the last 40 mins of any day. Closing floors well before stated times, shooing patrons out the door. Passive aggressive. Confrontation at least weekly!
Try the mango creamsicle smoothie after a workout
Great range of classes at convenient times.
If you are looking for a massage go see Kendra Rae. She is SF Guardian's "Best Therapist" for "Best of the Bay 2011" Hurry because her schedule fills up quick!
The lower floor gym is always quieter.
Died and went to gym heaven. LOVE this place. I could spend hrs here.
Quinoa blueberry salad is delish!
