Amazing place and delicious food, just a bit pricy but it worth for real. The brunch is amazing, try the "Croque Madame" the "Rillette de saumon" and the "Croque Forestier " even the waffle sandwich
Buvette is a gem of a restaurant, with petite, artfully curated, and well-executed dishes. For quite possibly the most adorable, intimate space for outdoor brunching, check out the back courtyard. Leia mais
Steamed eggs will ruin eggs for you forever because you won't want them any other way again. Come early, sit at the bar, have an espresso, don't miss the waffle sandwich either.
The ideal brunch spot on a dreary NYC day. Suddenly you're in Paris eating fluffy steamed eggs on crunchy, oily bread topped with goat cheese and sun-dried cherry tomatoes. (Get that, btw).
Impeccable. The proscuittotartinette, Brussel sprouts, steak tartare and cheeses were delicious. The staff is friendly and knows the menu well. Came for a late dinner (10pm) and it was still packed.
I get now why everyone’s obsessed! Perfect on all levels. Croque monsieur, omelette and waffle sandwiches are the best brunch items you’ll have! Outdoor seating area is worth the wait. Cappuccinos♥️
This quaint bistro transports you to Paris. Every detail was carefully thought through. The waffle with berries & chantilly is not to be missed. There are long waits on weekends, so best to go midweek
their menu is small but they do it all so well. if you like mixing sweet with savory, do the waffle sandwich. if you’re just into sugar, the belgian waffle has a great fruit:waffle ratio.
Breakfast favorites include the Belgian waffle with fruit, the croque monsieur, and the walnut-cranberry toast. A meal at Buvette feels like you’ve escaped to Paris. Leia mais
This West Village gem really shines at breakfast. If you're here later in the day, look for the fairly pricedwine list that’s set up by the region. It's a Mario Batali favorite. Leia mais
The Belgian waffle and the waffle sandwich are very good the steak tartar is excellent it is a must go to please when in new york. It is a bit crowded the waiters are friendly and helpful
Quintessential West Village and my favorite place for brunch. Get the toast loaded with fluffy eggs, prosciutto and shaved parmesan. Also, fantastic Bloody Marys.
Order the Brandade De Morue, which is both delicious and filling (not all plates are). It's an incredibly cute and intimaterestaurant. Plates are quite sharable, so keep that in mind when ordering.
The waffles, sunny side up egg, and thick cut bacon "sandwich" drenched in maple syrup is like a McDonalds creation classed up for a delicious French brunch.
Definitely not cheap - $7 for a scone? But excellent ambience and great tasting. All 3 items we selected from the charcuterie were tops esp the rabbit rilette and pâté. Croque forestier also yummy.
A charming, intimate French bar and restaurant from chefJody Williams, equally fun for a quietbreakfast, the livelydinner scene, or a late-night bite and glass of wine.
One of the most authenticFrench restaurants in NYC - there is even a location in Paris! Start with the Mousse de Foie and the Coq au Vin as an entree paired with the Artichauts.
A perfect neighborhoodbrunch place with charming decor. Portions are small but still delicious and inexpensive. A little cramped, but the service was efficient & great. Really enjoyed my brunch here.
While dinner & brunch are perennially packed, Buvette is the perfect place to stop for a mid-afternoon or late-evening bite and aperitif. Unless you are part of a group of four, ask to sit at the bar. Leia mais
The best eggs and salmon. Delicious cappuccino. Also, a great place to go solo – grab the window seat, bring a book and have a glass of wine from Provence. Great place to hang out!
My waitress was lovely. Really enjoyed the fluffy scrambled eggs with the goat cheese. Next time I would love to try the off-menu burger that I keep hearing about…
Everything comes in small plates. Go with friends, have wine and nibble on all the deliciousness! Highly recommend the duck liver and Bordeaux Supérieur for red wine. No reservation so go early
Aweaime place if you're looking for French and Italian food. The best is to share some cheese and charcuterie with red wine. Try the saucisson, le tartare and the rillettes de Saumon.
So happy to find it open even during the blizzard! Lovely French bistro atmosphere, super friendlywaitress. Carrotsalad was perfect! Croque Forestier a cheesy mushroomy feast!
Everything we had here was really good, including the lattes ($6.50 small! Ahem...expensive) and desserts. Make sure you make a reservation before you go cuz it's very popular.
Cute french dining & bar! Try Croquet monsieur, mulled wine & chocolate mousse. They serve the best latte in the city. Quite a long wait to get a table though!
One of the greatest restaurants in NYC! Go. The food tastes almost as in France. You can't reserve a table, but wait outside with a glass of wine or go to the German beer place across the street.
Charming little French spot that reaaaally knows their cheese. The Roquefort is excellent, as is the chèvretoast. The croque Monsieur is delicious and there are TWO in an order!
Sat at the bar, very crowded but a nice way to see all yummy cocktails + concoctions being made behind the counter. Had blood orange juice. The "cod dish" was confusing as it seemed like bread+butter.
Breakfast here: superb and absolutely classic. Feels so chic and totally not fussy. That proscuitto, scrambled egg and toast dish is so simple but done super well. Give me this over a benedict any day
Arrived early just after 9am on Sunday for brunch to avoid the usual queue for this place. Great brunch options, can highly watermelon lemonade and salmon with eggs
The Belgian waffle and the waffle sandwich are very good the steak tartar is excellent coffee is good as well a must go to please when in new york. the waiters are friendly and helpful
I love this restaurant! Good value for money if you go for dinner there, expensive if you go for breakfast. It's walk-in only so be prepared to wait for about 40' on rush hours
One of my favs in the city. In addition to their great egg dishes and sandwiches like the croque madame, they have great pates like the chicken liver mousse and the rabbitconfit
Ohmigod, you have to come here. You must. The food, the decor, the staff, the stamps on the menus. All exactly how restaurant design perfection looks, tastes & feels. Best for a pair, no more.
Probably one of my favorite brunch places in the world. Croque madame or forestiere, croissant with raspberry jam and butter, fresh squeezed OJs, and most importantly, chocolate mousse. Heaven.
Notwithstanding a harsh price-quality-quantity combination, the ambience is extremely nice (especially if you can get a table outside when it's warm) and the service is quick and efficient.
The tartinette anchoiade is yummy. Cassoulet so yummy and always delicious. Dreamt steak tartar. Lots of wines by the glass all good incl. organ options. Brunch is so good too
Un petit bout de France dans NY. La cuisine est absolument délicieuse mais les quantités sont un peu limite. Le service est pro et agréable. Je conseille sans hésiter mais n'arrivez pas mort de faim.
[Restaurant/Bar] Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Crowded and awesome. Our favorite. Amazing small dishes. Sublime chocolate mousse. Nowhere near healthy, but who cares.
Breakfast was to die for! We had the special: cream cheese, fig, prosciutto and honey on delicious crusty bread. Heaven. The service and atmosphere was great too, highly recommend!
