New hotel opened in Jan '19. The rooms are really fresh & well finished. Hotel has all the expected amenities: gym, spa, coffee shop and restaurant. But the Marina Kitchen is a very expensive buffet.
Sister bar of the Corner Stop bar. Same drinks, same staff, same free peanuts, same choice of HK craft beer. Good for a quiet pint.
Good hole in the wall bar surviving on the big HSBC office next door. Go more than 5 times & they are likely to remember your face & order! Free peanuts for all drinkers. Good choice of HK craft beer.
Excellent pork broth (one of the best), noodles & toppings good. There's a standard, black garlic & chilli oil version. The special bowl with oysters is extremely good. Gyoza are ok, but not amazing.
Fantastic location. A cosy spot right off the beach, with birds flying in & out. Food & coffee are fine. Nice service, but take care with the baby seats - they need a thorough wipe down, quite grimy!
Excellent quality flowers, and helpful/friendly staff. But these flowers are EXPENSIVE. At least the bouquets are consistently beautiful.
