The best Welsh bar in a Polish / Hipster area I can think of. Occasionally you'll see a notable comedian or two. Get there early for a booth, or stand & awkwardly move out of people's way all night.
Ali has a knack for starting businesses, I suppose. This place took a little while to fgure out its name, or its identity, but it's coming along. The Saturday crowd has become insufferable, however.
