Great trail along the creek bed that leads to an old mine that you can check out. Cool history of the San Gabriel Mountains. Do the loop trail to get a workout and some nice views.
Worth the drive for the big view over the San Andreas Fault and across to Palm Springs.
Awesome bit of the southwest only 90 minutes from LA. Nice desert hikes with beautiful scenery. Also where the shot “The Big Country”
