Come here for the Mission Burger and stay for bowling. No, seriously. The burger and fries are possibly the best in the city. This place is my go-to for burgers and vodka martinis.
Sets the standard for a basic vodka martini. Sit at the bar and enjoy some amazing California cuisine. It's typically easy to walk-in and grab a table here.
The pizzas are great here. Wash them down with a selection from their Italian wine list. A hidden gem in the Dogpatch neighborhood, this place seems to always be packed, even on weeknights.
A constantly rotating list of ice cream with about 4-5 choices a day. The most interesting flavor I've tried was olive oil. The texture of the ice cream is a stand-out here, impossibly smooth.
Too many good things here to really suggest anything. Come in the morning for a breakfast pastry or come after 4:30pm for fresh out of the oven bread but always expect a line out the door.
Love the Vietnamese sandwiches here. My go-to place when I want something a little lighter for about $5. Order the special, with roasted pork, pork loaf, and pate. Yum!
