Excellent service & facilities. Breakfast is awesome. Complimentary buggy rides to/fro KLCC. Can accrue Enrich points here too.

Clean modern hotel - close to the pavilion mall and the towers! Book it!

Clean and comfortable. Skybar has a nice view of the towers, but the bar itself is an awful tourist trap.

Free car shuttle to KLCC. Breakfast is 25 USS per person, and not worth it.

It's only about the view, service doesn't exist at all. Staff are absolutely careless towards visitors, it's a famous place thus people will keep on coming.

The WORST experience! We came for Honeymoon, they let us waiting in The lobby 4 hours and we came from a 14 hours flight. The service awful, they ruined my trip in KL, i will NEVER come Back 👎🏼👎🏼

A good place to stay while on a business trip, but the service lacks a personal touch and the hotel is best avoided by honeymooners.

4/5 satisfactory only. Housekeeping dont clean the whole room, old mugs n teabags were not replaced.. Had a lot of miscommunication with the staffs despite speaking in both Malay and english.

Business hotel. No charm at all. The pool area is absolulty hot. Go The Face Suites instead.
