Definitely one great option for Sunday champagne brunch found in Sg - $88++ w/o alcohol, additional $50 for Lois Roederer champagne. Highlights are the charcuterie and the 25 types of quality cheeses.

The bar has a good ambiance. You can also have coffee & cake. Great service during our visits.

Roasts, salad and cheese. Boston Cray fish is tasteless. Alaskan crab legs are ok. Oysters need to queue and wait. Not all are fresh as one of them that I was given smells really bad I skipped it
