The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and modern, the beds are very comfortable! Great views of the city from the rooms. The restaurant options are also great! I will definitely recommend!

TV in the bathroom mirror is nice. Am upset because no nbc sports can't watch Liverpool play :(. Staff is very nice

Pro tip: bring noise canceling headphones. Quite possibly the loudest hotel I’ve ever been in. Constant loud door slams, thin walls & active hallways thru the night. This is not a hotel for respite.
The lobby has the best air conditioning in Dallas.

Shawn RogersOutubro 20, 2013Arrive late in the day. They are under staffed and don't have rooms ready. Bad management if can't be ready to give you a room when you arrive. But I bet they are diligent about you leaving on time
