naveen: shrimp & grits are a must. so is the tequila old-fashioned.

naveen: you can't go wrong with anything on the menu, i think. two favorites: spinach lasagna and the rib eye.

naveen: bring your camera and maybe even a tripod for some great photos out in the desert.

naveen: that cheeseburger...oh, that cheeseburger. i may or may not have had three of them over the course of a day. jalapeños are optional, but i think you'll want to add them on.

naveen: there are a couple of versions of the tour you can take. you should at least try the 'studio tour' – a good overview of some of the property in downtown marfa, including the bank, that judd took over.

naveen: a must every time you're here: some really great, most accessible art you'll find

naveen: changed my idea of what grilled cheese could really be – i've been missing out all these years. my favorite: pulled pork, monterey jack & jalapeños

naveen: an afternoon in Jett's patio is nice. also be sure to stop by the "Giant"/James Dean memorial room: dedicated to all-things-Giant, you can sit and watch the movie some afternoon

naveen: so minimalist, which is the marfa style. my favorite place to stay.
