Absolutely fantastic service. Reasonably priced, beautiful work, and quick turnaround. I have tried a handful of places in the neighborhood, but Giovanni's is the best shoe repair on the UWS.
The breakfast is delicious - although not wait-in-line-for-45minutes delicious? Go some weekday morning for all of the tastiness and none of the crowds.
One of the few places in NYC whose heating system seems up to the challenge of our recent single digit temps. Toasty!
