Remember to cross through the skyway on the 3rd floor from the parking lot. This will save you from having to go outside to get to the terminal.

The museum is very small and not as interesting as I thought. The pianist is a nice touch. There are decent food options both pre and post security.

When you land here, take your time and perhaps grab some food as checked bags take about 30 minutes

I totally agree--Frontier/Midwest/Republic/whatever is a far cry from the excellent service Midwest was known for. So sad. They don't bake the cookies on board anymore and don't know what Leinies is!

In Terminal C, look for the poster describing the tile mosaic art on the floor. Carlos Alves has made something really neat.

Concourse E is brutal. Hardly a gate agent in sight, all concourse departure monitors inaccurate. I'd suggest staying pre-security before your flight as long as possible.

If you live in northern suburbs of chi, fly delta between LGA and MKE. Easiest airport in America.

You never know how long the security line will take. Don't hold it up by leaving things in your pocket. Everything has to be put in a bin now.

One of the few airports that have the millimeter wave machines, rather than x-ray backscatter. Still invasive, but extremely safe (non-ionizing).

Try taking the bus there. The Milwaukee transit system seems pretty reliable and convenient as well with bus stops directly by the arrivals and departure gates

If you have a split flight which includes Frontier, keep in mind you have to leave security and re-enter as Frontier has a separate concourse with its own security.

The cost cutting continues. Don't schedule a 7am Frontier flight and expect to quickly get through security. I'm in a 45 minute line because only 1 of the multiple x-ray machines are staffed.

Eat before heading down Concourse E! Only one restaurant, Cooler by the Lake once you pass security. For how the food is, check reviews.
