Rooms are very nice. Currently undergoing a remodel so the parking lot is a little tight and you have to use side entrance. Otherwise great accommodations like always.
Food was decent bar food. Was nice to be able to take family to eat after long day of travel. Our hotel was next door which was nice. Staff very friendly!
Fantastic natural wonder. If you have time walk the Red Beds Trail which is almost 3 miles long. Start out on left side as you will have an easier time with the gentle switchbacks near the end.
Very sobering experience. Great memorial to both sides.
Fantastic National Park. Immense. Need several days to get a comprehensive look at the whole park.
Great for the kids. Aerial park, slides and Zip line keeps them busy for awhile. Aerial park takes about 90 minutes of their time.
Nicely remodeled hotel. Great for larger families. We were able to get a large suite for 2 adults and 3 kids at reasonable price. Only a few miles from Rushmore. Friendly staff.
Good western comedy show held a couple times every day. Only $5 and kids are welcome.
Must see. Beat the crowds by going early in the morning. Only a $10 parking fee for each car. Great vantage points from everywhere. President's trail is nice walk.
Good spot for breakfast. Nice portions. Ham & cheese omelette hits the spot. Very friendly wait staff.
Have to say, great restaurant in a small town. No frills interior that serves up good home style meals. The Chicken Fried Steak was very good. I had the smaller portion and it was a good size.
Only a few good options in Lamar. Good stopping point for long road trips. Nice accommodations and the free breakfast is a bonus, although food is average.
Stopped here after 5 hours on the road. Very good pizza place with lots of options. All of our food was very good.
Pretty good restaurant with great direct views of the Alamo across the street. Food was very good, steaks cooked perfectly. A little on the pricey side. Great cheesecake dessert for show stopper.
Pretty good burgers here. Very busy most of the time. Similar to Bigz & Beefy's. It is a little smaller on the inside but they have outdoor seating as well.
They are up there with Bohanans. The Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly and melted like butter. The asparagus fritti was very good. You can order the sides family style if you want to share.
Pretty decent food for an airport restaurant. Definitely pricey, but that's not unusual in an airport. Service is fairly quick. Caprese salad is good.
Great Sushi & Teppanyaki. Something for everyone. Usually order more than we need. Beef teriyaki was pretty good and always love the tempura vegetables for an appetizer. Food is always good.
