I love Point Lookout. Short walk to the water, not too crowded, kid-friendly. Fun to watch the lifeguards practice.
Sundays here are fantastic, calm and relaxed vibe. I've had my hair cut & colored here many times, and always happy with whoever I get. Talented staff.
Props to the staff who works the kids section, and seem to have infinite patience for the multiple baby hands pulling books & stuffed animals off the shelves.
Hard to understand unless you have kids, but having a place to park your stroller for an hour is life-saving. Love the gigunda screen in the middle of the store blaring "Frozen" songs. Yeah. I do.
The prix fixe menu is fantastic! Had the Provencal mussels, lobster croquette, chocolate mousse and 2 Hoegaardens. Can't wait to try all the broths & beer. Loved it completely.
Trip #3 : the eggplant ricotta slice. Yummy. I will probably try every specialty slice at this great pizzeria.
Good brunch deal, but the lobster roll needs work. A little tasteless and more roll than lobster. Courteous and friendly staff.
Nice rooftop in RVC. Cute lights. Need more craft beers on the menus for when I'm lazy & don't feel like walking to Croxley's!
Food & drinks were amazing. The saketini with cucumber and the American Dream & Angry Dragon rolls were delicious. Downfall? Let me finish my drink before you rush me out the door. That was annoying.
The meats department is stellar, almost makes up for the having to pay separately in every section. Watch out for the super tight parking lot.
Cheap, quick, nice staff. Look out for that back-breaking "massage", but love this place & will always return.
A 12 year wedding anniversary called for coconut panna cotta and fried banana ravioli. Delicious. The skirt steak on a bed of greens was delicious too. Stacy was an excellent server.
