The BBQ and sides are fantastic. But they like to hold big tables open and tell you there’s a big wait. Go burnt ends!

Very River Oaks. Probably a bit heavy on the rich foods. Bacon fat this, foies gras that, Duck carnitas, etc but it sure is tasty! Pasta dishes are not to be missed!
Maybe the best traditional “red sauce Italian” place in Denver. All the good stuff- parmesan, gnocchi, carbonara etc. Can’t go wrong. Great cheesecake too.
