1) the most delicious regular coffee in the neighborhood; get it w almond milk. But you'll have to bring your own Splenda. 2)incredible popovers 3) don't miss the steak&egg sandwich; add fontina!

I love this tiny spot for food. Club sandwich and avocado toast are what's up. Coffee is always just warm though so go espresso drinks. Also cash only.

healthy appreciation for putting avos on everything...plus now there's a cute "porch" outside on the curb!
