The fairfax coffee house offers the finest specialty coffees from the top growing regions worldwide. Each coffee is skillfully roasted in small batches by java estate roastery to ensure peak quality & freshness (our coffee beans are roasted monday each week. ) We offer:

Berkeley Blend

A blend of the finest medium roasted central american coffees. Good body, lively acidity, & all the caffeine. The blend includes costa rican tarrazu shb; guatemalan antiqua shb; & mexican altura shg.

Fairfax Dark

A lighter version than dark espresso w/ less oil & increased body. The blend includes ethiopian mocha sidamo (full city roast) & costa rican tarrazu shb (medium roast) ;

Decaffeinated

Guatemalan antigua shb (swiss water flavor protection process 100% chemical free) .
