Aaron C. • Julho 12, 2013Finally a Vietnamese restaurant that has the best of everything. Pho, Banh Mi sandwiches, Spring rolls and vermicelli bowls! This is now my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. And they're open late!
TN • Outubro 21, 2017The pho broth here is excellent. Looks oily but isn't actually heavy. The pork chop bun is also great. We enjoyed the crispy spring roll. Will definitely be back.
Lizzy S. • Julho 15, 2015All the sandwiches are fantastic. Especially the classic and the curried lamb.
Louis D. • Fevereiro 3, 2018Really nice Vietnamese restaurant, the autumn rolls are super good, the madame pho is also really good, the caramelized spare ribs aren’t easy to eat though.
Philipp N. • Janeiro 31, 2018One of my go-to cheap lunch places. Can‘t go wrong with a Banh mi Saigon and a shrimp salad.
Michael G. • Abril 3, 2022Delicious food. Enjoyed the summer rolls and lemongrass pork tacos in particular
John R. • Outubro 25, 2009Great value for lunch - under $4. Don't be shocked - it's a jewelry store, too. Try the pork or meatball. I'm not a big fan of the chicken. Sandwich topped with pickled carrots/cabbage and cilantro.
Ranu R. • Fevereiro 11, 2017Love this new modern Vietnamese addition to the hood. Start with papaya salad and spring rolls, then move onto pho and beef stew. Tasty house hot sauce! Everything was delic, I loved the interior too.
Wejdan ✨ • Dezembro 24, 2014I didn't try That much of Vietnamese restaurants but i can say that this is a really really good one.
Tom J. • Maio 8, 2015The vegetarian sandwich is delicious - rich mushroom flavour balanced by fresh grated carrots and cilantro
Zachary g. • Dezembro 14, 2014Most authentic Vietnamese restaurant I've had since I was in Saigon. Yes to the Bun Bo hue.
Valentin G. • Setembro 26, 2021Fried rolls, banh mi and vermicelli were great! Get a fresh coconut too.
Sam G. • Outubro 19, 2019Loved this place. $45 tasting menu, if 4 of you then can try every option. Short rib grilled cheese pho is genius. Mochi dumplings, banana leaf speciality and sweet potato prawn fritter all incredible
Shaun T. • Março 31, 2018Loved the lemongrass soup w/ five spice brisket and added roasted bone marrow (pretty spicy). Small size was plenty too.
The Corcoran Group • Outubro 11, 2011A bit more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants, but totally worth it as the food is flavorful and fresh. Try the Summer Rolls, Pork Noodle Bowl and the Shrimp Crepe.
Alex C. • Janeiro 6, 2014Best Vietnamese restaurant around. I highly recommend the clay pot ginger chicken.
Ina L. • Janeiro 31, 2017Best Vietnamese spot in Chinatown. Come for lunch early or it will be full. Good portion and delicious stock
Maria Carolina F. • Fevereiro 27, 2014Bom, farto e barato. E animado!
Village Voice • Maio 31, 2012Robert Sietsema is convinced that Sao Mai may be the best Vietnamese restaurant New Yorkers have. Keep an eye out for the goi bo, banh cuon, and for all you naysayers, give the pho a shot.
Matt P. • Setembro 16, 2022BBH Beef Shank is a must! Banh Mi Platter is genius and don't forget some Beef Tartare too.
Jana A. • Setembro 4, 2014Ótima opção de almoço para quem sai meio desnorteado de Chinatown. O prato de arroz, legumes e camarão é delicioso e bem servido.
