Usual JP spot: never that crowded, good wifi, no bathroom, but only open till 9pm. Try their food... the Egyptian Red Lentil Soup is to die for!
No literal "cold brew" -- just a solid, consistent spot for hot coffee and iced coffee. Espresso and milk based drinks are pretty good, but prepare to wait for them.
Food's very filling, drinks are good, & the slushies are usually excellent. Expect to be squeezing through crowds & unable to hear much anytime post 8pm Thurs - Sun. Great scene on random weekdays.
