A hidden gem! This place with new owners (as I guess) turned into a great chill out beach bar with great choice of healthy and Thai food & drinks (everything has cheap price). Great atmosphere!

The only place in Thailand where u can watch whales. Bryde's whales are here from Sep till Jan. Boat costs 5500 for 5 hours trip. Amazing trip.

Beautiful, mystic and windy place. There is no need to park on the marked parking - better going directly to info center. Stones on the main road before Qarer turn are new .
Stone park in front of Sisian museum of history. Stone carvings from different millennia: sarcophagi, ram stones, megaliths, khatchkars.
Beautiful monastery with dramatic views. Best way to get by the road from Sisian not from Noravan where's terrible road surface.
Most interesting is carved scene from the Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins. Virgins are bearded men :)
Stunning views. Perfect canyon with ancient monasteries on its edge. In other countries there will be thousands of tourists here you're almost alone. Visit it before it becomes very popular.
Beautiful nature, amazing bas-reliefs. Arabic letters above entrance were destroyed by locals who believed they were Turkish. Arabic was a Franca lingua in this area of trade routes
