Stayed here 2 times. Everything is ok. There is parking for car travelers, WiFi, clean rooms and breakfast.
The prices dropped dramatically: 2300THB per person (without hotel transfer) instead of 4500THB. Very well organized, staff is very friendly. 3 meals during a trip: we were eating all the time :)

Good place just at the sea shore. Cheap prices comparing to other beach places (Tom yam chicken 100THB, Tom Yam seafood 150THB). Decent portions.

Cheaper to book online - 39$ junior suite with BKF (50$ for walk in). Newly opened hotel. Missing fridge in the room (hope they will put it because have space for it). BKF 6:30-10:00, pool 8:00-22:00

First 30 mins after opening almost no tourist (“almost” for Angkor). Be careful: you can not drive back to Sieam Reap or Angkor Wat from 7:30 till 11:30 - the road is closed.
Decent Food. 2 small Angkor Beer + 2 pork rice = 8$. Have English menu with photos. Total price was cheaper than on the menu 😅

Chip and tasty. Bagels are not same as in NY but that is pretty understandable. Pita is perfect. A huge menu to choose from. Vegan options abandon. Coffee banana shake is must to try. Cook very fast.

We booked online Smart room for 34$ and got free upg to a Suite with BKF. Perfect room. Good restaurant The Living Room. Airport transfer costs 200000. Very helpful staff.

Beautiful snorkeling Point. Be prepared to be the center of local people attention all of whom will make photo of you and with you. Take water, food and snorkeling gear with you.
Dinner for 2 with 2 small fish, 6 pieces of grilled eel and 4 large Bintang bottles - 405 000 only. Plus the bring big rice bowl and some stir-fried veggies. Eel was the best! And good working WiFi.

6 years later and we’re here again. Same price - 500THB. Crispy clean. No smoke smell like in border hotel. Good for a road trip one night sleep.
