If the park already wasn't incredible enough, get an app like Pokémon Go and hunt all day with friends or family, as there are TONS of pokestops.
The base museum offerings are worth the price of admission, with the traveling exhibits added on for the more curious.

Very scenic. If you want to get a good spot to park and spend a day at the beach, go to the beach down towards Whitecap. You won't regret it.
Don't let the gas station exterior fool you. The Laredo Taco Company consistently puts out delicious breakfast tacos. Can't go wrong with any custom taco.
