Paul EMaio 23, 2018The pork belly first course was so tender and slow cooked that you can easily fork it apart without any effort and it is so tender that it just melts in your mouth. The hanger steak was chewy though.
"Farm-to-Table" dinners every second Monday of the month in which they have a special, adventurous, set menu featuring local purveyors. So much fun and so delicious!

Peter SchwabMarço 16, 2013Foods amazing and all farm-to-table BUT they only pour you 4oz a wine glass because its UTAH and that's the law. Go to Sundance to get a nice buzz.- The menu is always changing so if something is tempting you, just get it. It may not be there next time you go!
