Chris Cookson: It might look like a McDonald's from the 1960's on the outside but on the inside it is completely modern and recently renovated with LCD screens and clean tables and stuff. It's accidentally vintage.

Chris Cookson: If they still have bread ask for a sandwich, it's not directly on the menu but will be absolutely delicious. A simple sandwich with cheese, prosciutto and some olive oil drizzled on top. It's like $8.
Chris Cookson: Probably the best barbeque you are going to find in the New York City area without having to step outside the subway boundaries. You can skip the sides, the best thing by far is the ribs.

Chris Cookson: This place has a great vibe and even nicer food! the chicken and biscuit sandwich is absolutely irresistible. The bread on the Po Boys is actually shipped in from New Orleans. Try the Crawfish chips!

Chris Cookson: Don't be fooled by the name, this place is not "spicy" however you'll get deliciously spiced, wonderfully priced authentic Chinese food here. Different than the typical American Chinese spot.

Chris Cookson: I work about a block away from here. Owner is very friendly, I love to get the Pork Glaze Banh Mi but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The lunch rush settles down around 1:30pm
Chris Cookson: Fantastic falafel and hummus, just be warned, there is a TON of garlic in everything here. So, if you are a vampire, this is probably a place to skip, for everyone else, it is AMAZING!!

Chris Cookson: The first time I took a bite in to their vodka slice, it tasted like I was sent to a new flavorful dimension. The cheese on that slice was great quality too!! Square pepperoni slice also great!
Chris Cookson: if you get the Pauwel Kwak, ask for it in the special glass with the wooden stand. It's a cool novelty, the way they drink it in Belgium.

Chris Cookson: Sit in the far right seating section of the theater if you don't want to get too wet. Probably will get more soaked by guy with bucket entertaining crowd than by the show itself.

Chris Cookson: As a Simpsons fan, weirdly the best part of this ride is seeing all the attention to detail in the line queue. Lots of great jokes and nods, ride itself is fun though.

Chris Cookson: If you are visiting Venice Beach beforehand, stop by at the Costco nearby. Season passes are like fifteen dollars cheaper than even the one time general admission at the gates.

Chris Cookson: Some shows are better than others. Animals don't always follow their cues but it's probably even more adorable when they don't. Be sure to pet the doggie after the show

Chris Cookson: If you can, go for the back side of tram 4 or 5 and sit on the left. Many more explosions, plus there's some psychotic mama's boy that always comes out on the right
