Indoors and the karts are fast and the track is tricky with all the turns, in general this is what I'd recommend.
Outdoor track in Tsawwassen. Best options for family friendly versus fast. Degrees of regular carts which go fast or can hold two people, etc. Certain karts go 100 kmph but require training.
Outdoors and can be fun on a nice day. However the karts here are not fast and the track is really simple. Great for small kids but gets boring for adults pretty quickly.
